I couldn't agree with you more. I recently had a 57 Euro Bottle of Sangiovese at a restaurant and it was just to warm, they were super busy and I didn't want to come off as a snob so I just drank it...I won't do it again because it really affected the entire meal and diminished the integrity of a nice bottle of wine. 10 minutes in the refrigerator would have made a huge difference.
