I’m very pleased to share that I have now signed a contract with highly respected publisher, Routledge to write the book of my doctoral research into wine and sound. The book will be part of the excellent Sensory Studies series, edited by the legend of the sensory studies field, Professor David Howes. I’m both excited and a little daunted by the work ahead, but will be wonderful to share the fruits of four years of research with those who are interested in a deep dive into the subject. Due for publication late 2025/early 2026, the book will also come out as more affordable paperback for greater accessibility outside academia.
